Artist Statement:  I like making something where before there was nothing. The process of creating, seeing what comes to be, is what drives me in the studio. I’m interested in our interpersonal relationships and our sense of place, and the sweet spots in between where the magic of our lives can be found. My work is a collection of visual way points; natural stopping places to consider locations and moments that feel significant and worthy of deeper observation.
