Organize your private painting party at your own venue.
Local artist Esperanza Deese will come to your venue with painting supplies (easels, aprons, paint brushes, acrylic paints and canvases) and lead your group with step-by-step instructions from blank canvas to a beautiful finished painting.
You can select a painting from our existing lessons or suggest a painting that your group will paint.
Since this event will be outside the Art Studio, tables and chairs are NOT provided by the artist. The event organizer is responsible for setting up their own tables and chairs. Make sure each participant has a seat and about 2 feet of table space to accommodate the table easel, canvas, paint palette and other painting necessities.
Food and drinks are NOT included in this package.
Allocate two to three hours of dedicated painting time at your event. Painting will start at the time we agreed upon. If you have other party activities, please schedule that around the painting event. For example, if the Painting Time starts at 5:00pm but you are serving food and drinks before that, tell your guests to arrive at 4:00pm.
The Paint Party team will arrive an hour or so before the Painting Time to set up easels, canvas and paint pallets on the tables. Tables and chairs should already be set up by the host before the Paint Party team arrives.
PRIVATE PAINT PARTY NO-REFUND POLICY:
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to hold the date. This gives you two seats to the party (one for the host plus one guest).
If you would like your guests to pay for themselves, we can set up individual sign-ups for $45 each. Please choose that option at checkout. If total of individual sign-ups is less than $900, host will pay the balance.
Any balance is due before the event starts. You also have the option to pay the full price at check out.
If you need to re-schedule, you need to inform us at least 30 days before the scheduled event or you forfeit your reservation payment.
